Chocolate Almond Macaroons (raw)


This one is on my to do list to make!

Chocolate Almond Macaroons
  • 2 cups raw almonds (ground in food processor)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 4 heaping Tbsp raw cocao powder
  • pinch sea salt

    After grinding the almonds, add the remaining ingredients and blend. Form into 1-inch balls and refridgerate. Makes about 24.
