Breakfast muffin

My inspiration came from Tosca Reno's eat clean.  I made a few modifications

Dry ingredients:

3/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4c.  dry oats
1/4 tsp baking soda
1tsp cinnamon
dash nutmeg
dash allspice
dash cardamom
1/4 Sucanat (or brown sugar)
1/2 tsh sea salt

Wet

1 banana  (smashed)
1/2 cup Kefir or yogurt
1 egg white plus 1 whole egg
2 Tbsp applesauce
1tsp vanilla
1 carrot shredded
1/2 chopped dates


Pre heat oven to 425 and prepare muffin tin will paper liners and non stick spray
combine dry
combine wet
mix wet with dry
spoon batter into muffin cups until 3/4 full
bake 15-20 minutes
