Chocolate Almond Macaroons
- 2 cups raw almonds (ground in food processor)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup raw honey
- 4 heaping Tbsp raw cocao powder
- pinch sea salt
After grinding the almonds, add the remaining ingredients and blend. Form into 1-inch balls and refridgerate. Makes about 24.
